If there is a conflict concerning these Phrases and any supplemental terms that implement to a particular attribute of the Products and services, the additional phrases will Command, but only towards the extent on the conflict.  This settlement to arbitrate includes, but isn't restricted to, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or reg
